TECHNIQUE
1. After staying in
final position of shirshasana salamba (2)
according your capacity invert the palms and distance between palms
should be near about shoulder distance.
2. From wrists to the
elbows the forearms are to be kept
perpendicular to floor and parallel to each other.
3. Try to bring hands near to each other as much as possible
until both hands touch each other.
